There are plenty of existing Class Orders in-game, but it looks like they're extending the Moonglade concept to everyone, and fleshing it out considerably. Presumably we'll either see big revamps of Moonglade, Acherus, and the Peak of Serenity or we'll see entirely new home bases for these classes.
We know that Paladins will get the Knights of the Silver Hand as their main order, which will be headquartered underneath Light's Hope Chapel - this is basically the Holy Ground that stopped the Lich King and player Death Knights from defeating Tirion back during Wrath. Incidentally, the fact that the player will lead it and wield the Ashbringer (at least if they're Ret,) this does not bode well for Tirion Fordring.
Shaman could become leaders of the Earthen Ring, and they will have their base on the Maelstrom - the confluence of the Elements of Azeroth.
Monks have a class "hall" already in the Peak of Serenity, but it's not clear that there's a specific organization that operates there. They might give it a name and make that the home base - either way I'd expect them to focus on Pandaria.
Druids of course have the Cenarion Circle and Moonglade, though one of the Broken Isles zones is the place where Cenarius taught Malfurion, so it's possible they'll be located there.
Warlocks might become the leaders of the Black Harvest. They'll be headquartered somewhere outside of Azeroth, and possibly even outside of our universe.
Mages will potentially become Archmage of the Kirin Tor - they might have their own special section of Dalaran, though it's possible they'd be elsewhere.
Hunters I could imagine having a big safari organization that involves Hemet Nesingwary and maybe Rexxar.
Warriors... that's a tough one. Maybe they'll take over Fray Isle off the coast of the Barrens!
Death Knights obviously have the Knights of the Ebon Blade - the question is whether it's Acherus that they take over or something else.
Priests... also tough, because the various priest races have quite different religions. And hell, Shadow Priests seem more like Warlocks than their healing brethren. Then again, Warlords gave us benevolent Shadow Priests in the form of Soulbinders (well, the ones who... um... weren't evil.)
Rogues could... get Ravenholdt? Or maybe something cooler.
Finally, Demon Hunters might just be the Illidari, and they could either make the Black Temple their home or perhaps the Warden's barrows.
I strongly suspect that all the feedback of "we miss class quests" was heard loud and clear, and these class orders seem to be their attempt to address that. If we get seriously different content for different classes or even specs, I'll be even more excited to level up alts than ever before.
